Character Name: Stevie Copeland
Character Age: 11
Pet (if any): A prairie dog that normally rests on his shoulder. (If this isn't okay, then just tell me, and I'll change it)
Family History (Go into detail, if possible): There really isn't much to say. He has a small family, consisting of a mother, a father, and a few aunts and uncles here and there. Basically, everything was just average for Stevie. He didn't even know his parents were both wizards before they told him. As were his aunts and uncles. He never really knew WHY they kept this secret from him, but oh well. They were probably just waiting for the right time. And so, now young Stevie is on his way to Hogwarts. He still can't stop snickering at the name.
Physical Description: His hair is long, and a dirty blonde, almost brown color, that falls just to his shoulders. One might say he looks like a girl, but they'd be lying completely. In no way does he look feminine. He has a normal, skinny build with just a tad more muscle than most.
Personality Description: (Go into detail, if possible) He is definitely a fun lover, and one who would do anything if he can. But, he always makes sure to follow the rules. The last thing he wants is trouble. He also studies diligently, and doesn't skip studying to go have fun. But, the second he thinks he has it down, he would rush out and join whatever activity is going on. He always explored anything, just to see where it leads to. But, he always speaks his mind. He could be considered blunt, or rude, but old habits never die. If you want his opinion on something, you'll get it, straight up. He is honest and trustworthy to a fault, and one who you could tell your deepest secret to and be sure it never gets out.
Strengths: He has a keen interest for learning and magic in general, so he strives to be the best he can. He doesn't care to surpass whatever wizard or witch is the greatest, he just cares that he can do it the best that he can. Sure, the best of the class is a bonus, but he doesn't care about that much. Of course, he takes pride in it, but he doesn't slack off. He also is an adept guitar player, having started playing the second he could move his fingers when he wants to and remember things. If he's not out exploring or studying, you'd sure to find him playing his acoustic guitar, sitting on his bed, and his prairie dog barking along with the tune. Not to mention, a near photographic memory, developed while needing directions when he drifts around. (I elaborated, it seems like I have soo many strengths ><)
Weaknesses: He is susceptible to taunts and intimidation, and that coupled with his hotheadedness is a bad couple. That can get him into trouble, but he tends to try his best not to do that.
If given the opportunity - would you take part in a Quidditch team, a Book Club, a Potions group or an Afternoon Tea party?
A Quidditch team.
If you found a wandering Kneazle, what would you do?
Try to befriend it, and see if it has any owner.
What House would you like to be placed in (This is to be taken into consideration, though the Hat will ultimately make the final decision)?
A house that his friends are in.
Why would you like to be in this student group and not the others?
He would much rather have friends on his house that are already established so he wouldn't feel uncomfortable.
Please give us an example RP: Stevie walked along the endless halls and corridors of the castle, very impressed. Architecturally, this place was a masterpiece. Not to mention, it didn't look drab. That was definitely a plus. He has some time on his hands, now. All of his homework and studying were done, and now, he was wandering aimlessly around. This place was so huge, it may take him about a year to get to know all the nooks and crannies here. It was insane.
He reached a door, and being him, he opened it, uncovering a staircase. He quickly ran up it, and eventually found himself on the roof. Looking around, he thought this place had a pretty good view. No, scratch that, REALLY good view. He could see for miles. Maybe he wasn't supposed to be up here. Ah well. He quickly opened the door, and half slid down the railing, ending up at the bottom in no time. He forgot he left the first door ajar. He closed it with a quiet click, and moved on. This place was not half bad, not even a quarter bad. He was sure never to get bored here. Now, all he needed was find people. Or just go back to the common room and play his guitar. Either way, it seemed like a good deal. So, once again, Stevie Copeland started off the way he came, humming a tune to himself, not caring if anyone else heard or objected, except a teacher, of course.
