Orynn felt like someone had sped time on a global scale, and he just couldn't stop moving. Preparing for the new year demanded a lot from the Deputy Headmaster. Not that he was complaining or finding it difficult, but he did notice at some point that he would find himself heading over to do something he had already done earlier that day.
Currently, he had just parted ways with the Bloody Baron. As Head of Slytherin House, he was responsible for creating the first Common Room Password of the year. As Deputy Headmaster, it was his responsibility to make sure the other Heads of Houses did the same.
Orynn had on a fitted light gray long-sleeved shirt on, with no collar which was what the Professor normally sported. He had on a pair of regular black slacks, and his wand was within the sleeved of his arm.
As he walked away from the Dungeons, through a secret passageway and up the Grand Staircase, he held in his hands a clip board. With a quill in hand harsh scratching can be heard as he jotted more things to do on the paper. Without lifting the quill from the paper, he summoned out loud; "Fat Friar."[/color]
All that could be heard for a time were the steps of his feet against stone as Orynn climbed the steps, and the scratching of his sharp quill against parchment. Then, from his immediate left, as he was turning to climb the next flight of stairs; "Yes, Sir Deputy?"
The Ghost of Hufflepuff house merited his name in every manner, which was easy for anybody to determine. He was balding, in attire suitable for a monk, had a jaw that looked to be over stretched in it's afterlife. Still, Orynn never lifted his gaze from his writing.
"Where was it that you saw Madame Davinmir?"
"Duuh..." the ghost responded. "...I believe I saw her unpacking Sir. Though, I may have seen her heading towards the Library. I cannot say that I--"
"Please go fetch her and tell her to meet me in the Great Hall." Orynn had rudely interrupted.
Orynn whisked by the ghost, who had stopped moving and floated in place. Orynn walked briskly to the great heavy doors of the Great Hall, which opened freely for him with a wave of his arm. Orynn then entered.
Still obviously hurt, and confused as to where to start looking, the Hufflepuff ghost floated higher up the Enchanted Staircase.
"Oh Madame Davinmir! Mrs. Davinmir, where are youuuu." he called out for her. Out of all the ghosts, it was undeniable that the Fat Friar acted mostly like he was ripped out of a muggle cartoon show.
