Dressed in a gray button up shirt, with black dress trousers, Orynn waited for his oldest, and most privileged, students to arrive to class. Some had already walked into the dark classroom, with the fire crackling at the back of the room.

Claire walked into the transfiguration room, her wand in her robe pocket and her books in her bag. ''Morning Professor'' she said, then sat down in the middle row and took her book out of her bag. She sat quietly and waited for the rest of the class to arrive. [Edit: Please don't post in hard-to-read fonts.]

Orynn nodded as the pretty young student walked into class.
"The same to you Miss Walsh."
Orynn stood straight and still on the elevated platform reserved for the Professor. He held a can in his hand, with a silver top hat handle design and a sleek black body. He wasn't leaning on it at the moment, as he was not walking just yet. Just waiting for the rest of the students...

Rather than trying to be nice again, like she tried to last time, Alora just walked into the transfiguration room with her head down. Taking her usual seat, near the back of the room, she took out her book and quill before leaning onto the back of her chair.

By now they had all arrived. If they hadn't, or there were some who were late, it wasn't his problem. Orynn lifted his cane off the ground a and motioned it towards the door, they shut with a loud boom and were magically sealed and locked. Orynn was emotionless as a rock most times, but nothing irritated him more than his class being disturbed by someone who hadn't bothered showing up on time. Now, time to begin.
"Are there any new questions that you have come up with pertaining to what you will be learning in your NEWT year? Speak now, for it is your last chance. I will not be bothered with such questions afterwards, especially seeing as I'm giving you all ample opportunity right now." Orynn was deathly serious.

Claire shook her head in response to his question. She glanced around at the rest of the class to see if any one else had a question.

Along with most members of the class, Alora shook her head. Usually when she needed help, she didn't ask for it, so even if she did have a question she would result in keeping her mouth shut.

"Very good." The Professor seemed pleased.
"As you can imagine, Human Transfiguration is the most difficult branch in the art. You will have to perfect all of which you've already learned, and combine your skill withal if you hope to pass this course."
"First off, we will discuss the most well known, and talked about form of Human Transfiguration: Animagi. Can anyone please tell me, of one famous, or known, Animagi?"
A Hufflepuff girl raised her hand, and Orynn called upon her. Her name was Katherine Nanette.
"Minerva McGonagall, who was a Professor here a while back, was an Animagus. I believe she was a cat, wasn't she?"
"Correct, anyone else?" Orynn pressed on.

Alora looked around, but no one else seemed to be raising their hands. Cautiously, the Ravenclaw girl raised her arm and waited to be asked upon, for she knew more people who were Animagi.

[OOC: Just to let you all know. If your character wants to answer, just rp that they've raised there hands and then assume that I call on them. I don't want to leave you hanging there for days potentially, so unless you think there might be some particular reason why Orynn wouldn't call on you (that's what you get for stealing my lunch, meanie!), then just go ahead and assume he does. I don't mind.]
Orynn raised his cane and pointed at one of his favored Ravenclaw students. "Miss Jannings?

Looking rather taken back, her eyes widened at the cane being pointed towards her and dropped her hand quickly. "Urm, wasn't Sirius Black a dog, James Potter a stag and Peter Pettigrew a rat?" Quickly going over what she had said in her mind, she smiled slightly before continuing "Yeah, thats right. I think"

Orynn was impressed, sort of.
"Very nice, Miss Jannings. The Marauders would certainly qualify. Ten points to Ravenclaw."
Some of the students next to Alora nudged her in thanks and congradulations.
"Are there any others? Perhaps further back in history?"

With a slight smile directed at Professor Novim, Alora nodded at the congratulations, before putting her head down with embarrassment. She hated being center of attention, even if it just meant a few smiles coming her way. When she was in her first year at Hogwarts, she was laughed at for not understanding a question, and from then on Alora was self conscious of what she would answer.

Claire raised her hand.''Wasn't Morgan Le Fey one? A bird I think, and Cliodna, she was a bird aswell wasn't she?'', said Claire sure she read that they were both Animagi.

As Claire spoke, Alora lifted her head. She had heard those names before, but wasn't sure where from. Leaning forward and putting her arms onto the table she was fairly keen to hear about these people.
