Althea finds her way to the headmistress's office, mulling over a long piece of parchment with a list inscribed on it. She knocked on the door lightly.
"Good day, headmistress. It's Mrs. Lannsman, I have something to ask of you, it's rather important, when you have a moment."
She patiently waited for the okay to enter.

Though it was ridiculously close to the start of term, Elsbeth was not busy poring over rosters and lists of sorts, nor was she occupied with inventories or other trivialities. She was sitting at her desk with a goblet of chilled pumpkin juice, writing notes in her private journal with her favorite quill.
Hearing a knock at her office doors, she quickly shoved her journal into the top-most drawer of her desk, and locked it with a whispered charm.
"Doctor Lannsman" she beckoned to the woman behind her closed office doors, "Please, do come in!"

The doctor entered the office, rolling the up the list. She greeted Elsbeth with a warm smile before she began to vent.
"Hello... Sorry to bother you, but my husband mentioned that you may have a way to get back to the muggle world quickly...I was wondering if you could help me out.
I've completed the inventory of the hospital wing, and found that it was well of course well stocked except for a few minor things here and there which I could easily acquire in Daigon alley, or should I need to, make it myself... Anyway, what I'm trying to say is there's some muggle medical supplies that I'd like to add to my arsenal sort of speak. Mainly some muggle medications and other instruments- nothing electronic of course because that wouldn't function here...I know time is running out."
She held up the rolled parchment in her hand.

"Have a seat while I do some thinking." she said, as she motioned to a chair in front of her desk.
Elsbeth mulled over the MediWitch's problem for a few moments.
There was always the idea of a portkey to an area closest to a Muggle town. Or asking the Muggle Relations department of the ministry for some last minute stock.
Or... maybe, just maybe...
"The floo!" she cried, excitedly. "Take the Floo Network into the Leaky Cauldron in Diagon Alley then it takes you right into the heart of Muggle London!"
She chuckled and continued. "And maybe even buy yourself a shot of firewhiskey, too, while you're at it."

Althea tapped her forehead with the rolled up parchment. "Of course! The floo network. How could I have forgotten?" She shook her head... "It's amazing how sometimes we forget the most basic of things when we re caught up in our work... Thank you....Oh yes, and one more thing. Has the Quidditch schedule been made yet?... Who is going to be refereeing? I have yet to met the flying instructor this year...It's funny that I'm such a fan of an arguably violent sport..."

Elsbeth laughed, it happened to her all the time that she forgot things she would have normally known, all due to the work she was constantly doing. "Happens to me all the time. Glad to be of service."
Elsbeth sighed, and replied. "That really does make the both of us, I'm afraid. I've only coressponded with our new Flight Instructor by Owl, though he should be arriving with the students on the train, I believe"
At the mention of Quidditch, however, her face brigthened a bit. "Yes, there is a schedule and it will be posted shortly. All of the House Heads will recieve a copy, as well. And, as for the Referee, our new Flying Instructor will be taking on the job."

She smiled. "That's great. I can't wait till the season starts... I went to every single one of Nicholas's games before he graduated..."

Elsbeth chuckled, it really was odd to find a medi-witch with a love for such a dangerous game. "Glad to see you have an interest in the sport," she said with a smile, "I think it's great to have staff out there cheering on our teams."
She rose from her seat and turned toward her office doors. "Very well, then, if there's anything else I can do for you, feel free to stop by anytime. However, I really do need to get to work; the stuednts are arriving ever so soon!"

Althea smiled, "Thank you for the reminder, I'll get to that right away... I will see you around the castle, goodbye."and with that the medi-witch saw herself to the door.
