{Seeing as Draelynn doesn't wander around the castle looking for signs saying stuff, I'm going to say he heard this from a teacher while eating at breakfast or sumthin'.}
Draelynn strolled down the hallway, his beat-up boots practically silent on their weathered soles. He stopped at the entrance to the Hospital wing, adjusted his heavy dark-brown jacket and dull green knitted scarf (made by himself) and knocked quietly on the large wooden door, reading the small piece of parchment attached to the chunky slab of woodwork by a serviceable sliver of Scotch tape, which he recognized from his brief stint as a gas station worker.

Draelynn pushed the door to the infirmary open, then, not seeing anyone, walked over to the door at the far end of the large room. His boots were the only sound to be heard as he shyly traveled past the rows of beds and arrived at the next door. He knocked on that, then remembering what Althea had said, opened it.

"Hello, come in please, don't be shy." She waved Draelynn into her office. "come, have a seat." There was an empty chair in front of her desk.
She was just finishing up a report and tucked it away into a folder with a color code down the side of it. She flipped it over so that Draelynn couldn't see the name. She smiled warmly.

Draelynn smiled slightly nervously back at the nurse, then sat down in the chair, looking looking about him with vague interest.

"There's no need to be nervous. Just a check up. A few basic questions first though... For starters when was the last time you had a check up?"
Althea took out a brand new folder and some pre-photocopied blank forms on plain Xerox paper, definately muggle, like most of Althea's practical belongings. She clicked the button on a ball-point pen she fished out of a pocket.

Draelynn brought his attention back to her and scoured his memory at her question. He had been sick once when he was little, and then he had gone in for a check-up that one time. . . but when was it? Suddenly, it came back to him.
"Ah. . . three years and five months ago. Erm. . . and two and a half weeks." Draelynn informed her, sitting back slightly.

"You've got quite the memory there, Mr. Hiammgry... But despite that, you are long over due for a check up. So, let's start with the easy part. A few questions: How old are you? Is there any history of illness in your family? Such as heart problems?"
She took notes as Draelynn spoke, glancing up at him every once in a while. She readjusted the glasses on the bridge of her nose.

Draelynn dutifully answered her questions. "I shall be twenty in May, and as far as I know, no, there isn't any kind of illness passed along through my family." Draelynn was slowly relaxing a bit more, sitting a little farther back in the chair, his face becoming less guarded and more open.

"Good to know that you've got good genes... " The doctor proceed to ask further questions about his diet and other regular habits that Draelynn might have. She jotted it all down in her file. "Do you have any questions so far?- If not we'll get to the exam."
