Elsbeth chuckled, "The cheese has its purpose; I have to lighten the mood somehow!"
"One hell of a man?" she said, raising an inquisitive brow. "I suppose I'll have to be the judge of that, now won't I?"

"Might I make a suggestion?" he said, wrapping his arms slowly around her waist and drawing her somewhat closer. "You can't judge manliness in a cutesy poo tea shop where only the blind can appreciate the decor."

"Well, as long as we're being honest, here, I may as well let you know..." She paused, then...
I hate tea!" she whispered, for effect. "And frilly girly tacky tea shops can bugger off, because they're so not my idea of fun.
She pointed across the street from where they were standing. "The Hog's Head, somewhat dodgy, but excellent atmosphere. I'm a regular customer in the summer."

"You see-" he said, smiling. "that's the lass I know. Whaddya say to heading out there, having some drinks, relaxing and keepin' each other warm."
He wound his arms around her a little more and pulled her a little closer as he smiled mischievously.

"Sure, let's go." she said, and she walked a little more confidently. They entered the tavern, and instantly were seated at a table by the barman.
Elsbeth ordered them each a shot of Firewhiskey, and two shots of red currant rum.
{OOC:We needa end this very soon, I have to do some stuff then I'm gone for a while.}

[We can just speed it up some and finish it later]
Aesir loosens up a bit at the Pub and orders a few more shots. He starts some drinking games and songs with the local patrons and begins to have a good time. It isn't until he takes a few more shots that he begins to sing.
He dances and drinks while he does, grabbing impromptu singing partners and ends with a Grande Finale of singing on one of the tables right down to Elsbeth.

Elsbeth blushed, a little embarrassed at Aesir's drunken antics. But only a little embarrassed; the other half of her was loving every second of it.
She pulled him down onto the bench beside her, and they chatted amiably for a little while. As the night wore on, she leaned over and whispered in his ear, "I think it's about time to get going."

Aesir looked to Elsbeth, slightly inebriated. He smiled goofily and poked her nose.
"Ye know, I think yer right. Ye know Elsbeth, yer pretty...pretty."

Elsbeth laughed, happily. "Thank you, Aesir, you're not so bad looking, yourself."
"Alright, let's go" and she dragged him out of the bar and into the cold winter night. They walked side by side, huddled together for warmth.
