It was early morning on Wednesday, the day after the terrible attacks in the Great Hall. The sun had barely risen when a strangely shaped shadow could be seen approaching the castle from Hogsmeade.
The broom and it's two riders flew at an excessive speed over the school ground until they touched down near the castle's front doors. The pilot, a tall and athletic blonde woman wearing Quidditch practice robes, remained standing over the broom, taking off her goggles and staring up at the castle, as her passenger stumbled off the broom.
The man was shorter and stockier than the woman. He had black hair and was wearing a shirt and tie under his cloak. He took a few clumsy steps away from the broom and then leaned forward, hands on his knees, as he tried to catch his breath. He looked rather green, and his horn rimmed glasses were askew.
"Apparition, then flying?" he grunted through his breaths. "Next time we go on a trip, Honey, I'll pick the means..."
"You wanted to get here fast, Chéri, I picked the fastest way." The woman replied, smiling. She dismounted her broom and slung it over her shoulder.
"I know, I know. I should be thanking you, not complaining.", the man apologized. He straightened his glasses and tie and dusted off his clothes, then looked up at the castle as well. "So this is the famous Hogwarts... You know I've heard and read a lot about it, but I didn't dare hope I'd get to visit it one day..."
"Yes... If only the circumstances of our visit were happier, this would be quite a fun trip...", the woman replied, her smile fading into a serious frown.
The man went wide-eyed, gaping at the woman as if he'd just remembered his reason for being there. He rushed to the doors and started rapping on them loudly and urgently.
"Come on, open up!"

Arcturus was walking morosely through Hogwarts. He couldn't entertain himself with any of the things he used to be able to. He kept thinking about last night, and he needed to get his brain in order. So he was walking through the drafty halls at about 7 in the morning. It was good for his soul, he figured.
As he was walking along a balcony overlooking the Entrance Hall, he heard a tapping noise. He stopped and cocked his head. He didn't think it was one of those creatures. They would either be silent, or there would be a lot of screams. After careful consideration, he realized what it was. Someone was knocking on the door.
I bet they'd like to come in . . .
Arcturus walked downstairs and opened the large ornate doors. He was wearing his pajama pants, with a T-shirt thrown over it. He had his beloved old moth-eaten trenchcoat on for warmth and socks on his feet.
He blinked at the people outside for a second. They reminded him of someone . . . .
Shaking his head, he remembered what was left of his manners.
"Hello, and welcome to Hogwarts. How may I help you?"

Willem tip-toed after Arcturus, staying hidden in the shadows the whole way. He had followed him from the Ravenclaw common room. It wasn't like Willem to be up at 7 but he couldn't resist following Arcturus. "Hi there, what are you doing up? It's seven o' clock in the morning." Willem practically jumped out of his skin. "Argh!" Willem spun around to see a painting of a knight grinning at him. "What was that for!?" Willem said, trying to keep himself calm, "You practically scared me to death!" "Sorry, I'm just having fun, theres no need to be so rude." "OK, OK, just be quiet."
Willem started to creep after Arcturus again. He came to the balcony just as Arcturus was letting the visitors in. What if they're trying to attack the school like those monsters? Willem thought. But nevertheless he stayed to watch.

The man pushed through the door as soon as Arcturus started to open it, greeting them.
He advanced on the young Ravenclaw, his eyes wide opened behind his glasses and flailing his arms around a bit alarmingly.
"Finally! Where are they? Tell me!"
"Chéri..."
"Are they okay? That owl was too slow, they should have used the floo network..."
"Harv..."
"Why aren't you answering me? I need to see them!"
The man looked on the edge of panic, until the woman stepped in, broom still over her shoulder, and grabbed his arm, catching his attention. Her voice was calmer, almost amused.
"Because he has no idea what you're babbling about, Chéri! Look at him, he's just a child!"
The man's arms dropped as he took in what the woman had said. Adjusting his glasses, he spoke in a softer, polite voice as he visibly calmed himself down.
"You're right, Honey. I'm sorry, young man, but with the letter we got, it seemed that something really bad had happened and..."
He stopped mid-sentence, his finger up in the air in a comical fashion, and his eyes popped open again. He pointed dramatically at Arcturus, reverting back to his panicked state.
"..AND WHAT IS A YOUNG CHILD DOING RUNNING AROUND UNSUPERVISED IN THIS SCHOOL IN SUCH PERILOUS TIMES???"
The woman pinched the bridge of her nose, wincing.
"We don't even know what happened exactly, Harvey..."

Arcturus looked at the near-hysterical man with his eyebrows raised. He tried to resist the urge to be smart-alecky, then decided that this man deserved it. Not that this stranger seemed mean, just . . . hysterical. What he needed was a good old-fashioned dose of sarcasm.
"I'm sorry if I don't know who they are. Perhaps you wanted to see the Owlery? Looking for an owl? Maybe a house-elf? I could take you to the kitchens. But no, maybe you don't want an unsupervised child leading you.
I'm sorry, sir. But I don't know what you're talking about. And I helped fight the monsters last night, so I think I can handle myself."
He turned to the woman, who seemed like she could carry on an intelligent conversation.
"Welcome to Hogwarts, Miss! Maybe you can tell me how I can help you."

Elsbeth, as all Headmasters and Headmistresses do, knew automatically that someone was trying to gain entrance to the castle. This only worked, however, when she was in her office, which was convenient seeing as she had spent the night recieving and sending owls and thinking over the night's events.
Now, she went to meet the visitors, hoping it wouldn't be too trying. It was probably a distraught couple looking after their child; who else would have arrived so early in the morning?
Yes, parents. she thought to herself. letting out an inaudible sigh as she got closer to the couple and ... the third year Ravenclaw boy standing in front of them? Bugger, these children just don't listen!
"Hello, I'm Headmistress Pierce, may I help you?" she said, stepping ahead of the Macdougall boy, hoping he would get the hint that he wasn't really supposed to be wandering the halls right now, nor should he be alone.

Arcturus backed out of the way as the Headmistress took over diplomatic communications. He was markedly relieved. He didn't particularly like dealing with these people, and on retrospection, he didn't think he was that good at it either. He stood there, trying to decide if it would be polite to just leave, but since the Headmistress was here now, he figured it would be fine. In the meantime, he was going to have some good old fashioned alone time. As far as he was concerned, wandering Hogwarts was real good therapy.

The man looked like his eyes were about to pop out when the boy snapped back at him. He stuttered for a while, at lost for words.
He didn't look exactly angry, just scared and frustrated. Almost to the verge of tears. It was quite an odd sight to see a grown man so out of control.
The woman put her hand on his arm again, and he visibly calmed down a notch, looking back at her. She smiled warmly to Arcturus and was about to address him when she raised her eyes over his head, noticing the approaching adult.
She gave a friendly wink to Arcturus as he backed out, then turned her attention back to the Headmistress who was now introducing herself.
The man brightened up at the sight of her, looking as if he was about to jump up in joy at seeing an adult, and when she introduced herself as the Headmistress, he rushed forward and grabbed her hand, shaking it vigorously and grinning like a child meeting Santa Claus.
"Oh my! So honored to meet you Madam, Headmistress of this prestigious school, must be quite an exciting but hard job!"
"Yes, please to meet you as well, Headmistress... We're sorry to barge in unannounced so early like that, but... Don't rip the woman's arm off, dear...", the woman interrupted herself. The man finally let go of the Headmistress' hand, hiding both of his hands behind his back, smiling embarrassedly.
The woman went on: "...but we got your owl just as we were getting up for work and my husband insisted we leave immediately."
"Yes, we're so worried and we won't feel better until we've seen them for ourselves!" The man interrupted his wife, his face falling again in his alarmed state as he once again looked as if he was just reminded of his real reason to be there.
"All in due time, Chéri... We're Andréa Lévesque and Harvey Wesker, Isabelle and Lilianne's parents."

Elsbeth startled when the man grabbed her hand for a hand shake, and then visibly calmed as the man's wife slowed him down. "Yes, thank you. It's my pleasure to meet the both of you, though I wish it could have been in happier times."
She looked at the both of them, then spoke again, getting down to business. "Would you rather we go discuss last night's events in my office, or go straight on to the Hospital Wing?"

"Girls now. Talk later." Mumbled Mr. Wesker, who was wringing his hands anxiously in a very Liliannesque fashion.
"Yes, I believe I'd rather see them first. No offense, Headmistress, I know your letter said they were safe but I think we need to see them with our own eyes before we can truely believe you. I'm sure you understand how we're feeling, we're surely not the first alarmed parents you've had to deal with..." , said Andréa, still smiling warmly. Though she was much more composed than her husband, her eyes still betrayed her worries. She was longing to hold her girls in her arms.

((This should have been posted a while ago.))
Willem looked down on them, utterly bewildered. So he headed back to the Ravenclaw common room, when he decided, why not keep following Arcturus? It would be no fun if he stopped now, so he kept following Arcturus.

"Very well, then," she said somberly, "If you'll follow me." She motioned for them to follow behind her and tipped her head in the direction of the stairs.
She began walking up the stairs, making her way to the Hospital Wing with the Wesker sisters' parents in tow.
{Once you've replied I'll post in the Hospital Wing.}

"Oh, thank you so much, Madam."
The couple followed the headmistress eagerly, Andréa wrapping her free arm around Harvey for comfort.
