Madame Minka's office is a small one, choosing the crammed quarters over the large spacious office that she could have had as HOH of Hufflepuff, perhaps reminiscent of the days she spent traveling in a gypsy caravan. Located in one of the many towers of Hogwarts, the room is round with stone walls with single window over looking the lake.
The room is filled with the soothing scent of strange and foreign incense, mostly frankincense. A lush oriental red rug covers most of the floor and large colorful silk pillows fill the spaces around a round short table. A crystal ball sits in the middle of the table, blanketed by a piece of purple velvet when not in use.
A copious amount of candles line the window sill, their melted wax fixing them in place. A single ornate brass oil lamp the hangs from the ceiling. A short lonely bookshelf houses a few German reference books on divination and the rest of her paper work. A tall and slender Turkish coffee karaffe rests on a silver serving platter with the small cups that accompany it on top of the bookshelf. Some leather pouches hang from the wall, housing the rest of her divination tools and supplies.
Her door is always closed, but Madame is always there to great you before you can even knock.
